Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared, quality-checked, and packed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Saturday) before being shipped.

Delivery Information
Doorstep Delivery
Orders are delivered directly to the shipping address provided during checkout. Please ensure your delivery information is accurate to avoid delays.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the package, the courier may leave a delivery notice or attempt another delivery based on their local policy. You may also be contacted to arrange a convenient redelivery or pickup.
Address Restrictions
For security reasons, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address when placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

- Estimated delivery date

Shipping Delays

Lost Packages
If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, America Jacket will offer one of the following solutions:
- A replacement order at no additional cost, or
- A full refund to your original payment method.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible at sales@americajacket.com with:

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
