Return Shipping
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customer-Initiated Returns
If you wish to return an item because of a size issue or a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as America Jacket is not responsible for packages lost during return transit.
Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- A full refund of the purchase price will be issued to your original payment method.
- We do not charge any restocking fees.
- Refunds are generally processed within 2 business days after the inspection is completed.

Order Cancellation
