At America Jacket, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality made-to-order jackets and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Items
All of our jackets are made-to-order. This means each item is produced specifically after an order is placed. Because production begins shortly after purchase, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- The item must include original tags and packaging.
- Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order if there is any issue with the product.
Returns or exchanges requested after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Used or damaged items caused by the customer
- Items altered or modified after delivery
- Custom-size orders
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Sizing Issues
We provide detailed sizing guidance before order confirmation. If the wrong size is ordered by the customer:
- Exchanges may still be available depending on the case.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds for sizing-related issues may be partial or denied if the ordered size matches the size selected during checkout.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement
- Exchange
- Full refund (if applicable)
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Store Credit (Optional)
In some cases, customers may choose store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted because production may already be in progress.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
